We deliver throughout all of the UK, Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Europe. Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to the United States, Latin America, Asia & Africa although we hope to soon! If you are based in Hong Kong and would like to order, please contact woof@therockster.com

Standard orders to the majority of the UK will be dispatched as quickly as possible but may take up to three working days to arrive.

Orders to the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man and Channel Islands will be a minimum 2 day delivery and may take up to 4 working days to arrive.

UK Mainland Standard delivery

Our team at Rockster will process your order within one working day of receipt. A shipment usually takes up to three business days for arrival.

Europe Standard delivery

A shipment usually takes up to seven business days for arrival once despatched, although please note that delivery times vary between each individual country. Delivery costs also vary between countries. Exact delivery costs can be found at the Checkout Screens, once the shipping address has been fully entered.


*UK bank holidays are not classed as delivery days, so please allow an extra business day for delivery.

RETURNS

It is important to everyone at Rockster that your dog is happy with his superfood!

If, upon receiving your order, you or your dog is not satisfied for any reason, please contact us within 7 days of receipt by emailing woof@therockster.com or calling us on +44 20 3659 7094.

Should you wish to return any items bought from us, we would be more than happy to offer a refund or exchange in the event the goods were damaged. We are unable to offer a refund for opened cans.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS POLICY

Returns

In the hopefully unlikely event that you wish to return a product to us, you should notify us of the reason within 48 hours of receipt of the goods by e-mailing woof@therockster.com. Returns should be made in the original, undamaged packaging, and we reserve the right to withhold a percentage of the refund value of returned goods if the product or packaging is in such a condition that the item needs to be reduced in price for resale. Products should be returned to The Rockster Limited, Unit 20-22 Haddenham Business Park, Haddenham, Buckinghamshire, HP17 8LJ, United Kingdom and proof of despatch emailed to us. Refunds will only be paid in respect of products returned to us in accordance with these Terms for goods that are damaged or faulty or a replacement will be dispatched upon receipt of satisfactory photographic evidence.  The shipping costs are non-refundable.

Cancellations

We regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of goods unless they arrive damaged, faulty or not the item that has been ordered. If any of these circumstances should prevail please use the procedures explained within the returns section above by notifying us within 48 hours of receipt of the goods and returning the goods accordingly.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Definitions:
'Product' means a product displayed for sale on the website;
'Product Description' means that part of the website where certain terms and conditions in respect of the individual Product are provided;
'Special Conditions' means any terms and conditions in the Product Description;
'Users' means the users of the website collectively;
'Personal Information' means the details provided by you on registration;
'Cookies' means small text files which our website places on your computer's hard drive to store information about your shopping session and to identify your computer;.
'UK Mainland' means England, Wales and Scotland;
'United Kingdom' means England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands;
